Ethel Kambasha, MCIPS
Management Consultant

Ethel has accumulated over 16 years of experience and knowledge in procurement and supply chain with technical and commercial capacity to deliver value to any business concern. Her career started off in the Non-governmental Organisations (NGO) sector and transitioned to FMCG sector where she has built most of her career. Ethel has also over the years brunched out into the Telecommunications Industry and more recently, she has since moved into Borehole drilling and construction sector. Her main areas of expertise lie in Procurement and Resource Planning.

Ethel has developed and implemented sourcing strategies and led projects for respective portfolios including new product launches, distribution and supplier relationship management. She has also developed a strong financial management and analysis base acquired through management of an annual procurement budget from Euro$100 million upwards. She was able to deliver Total Cost of Ownership savings, operation Cash Flow and Working Capital plans for the materials and suppliers thus realising significant savings through streamlining planning and procurement processes and rationalisation of suppliers and products as some of her winning strategies.

Ethel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance from Deakin University, Geelong-Australia and a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain from Skema Business School, Lille -France. She also holds several certifications in Logistics, Value Engineering and is also a Sigma Green Belt and a Member of the Chartered institute of Procurement and Supply MCIPS. She is a registered Management Consultant with the Zimbabwe National Institute of Consulting (ZNIC). Ethel is also a Certified Life Coach in Executive Management and Personal Development with the Institute of Coaching and Mentoring Foundation (ICMF). More recently she has also taken up the role or Advisor to the technical team of Pezulu Sugarcane Development Trust and her area of focus is on Project Management and Supply Chain operations

Norman Savado

Takura Chamuka
Human and Economic Development Consultant

Takura Chamuka is a Human and Economic Development Enthusiast with over sixteen (16) years of: Public Administration, Policy Analysis and Governance processes; NGO, private and public sector experience in the design, implementation, management as well as monitoring and evaluation of human and economic development projects in the Southern African Development Community [SADC] region and beyond. Takura has done work for several Private Sector and Public Sector Organizations and NGOs in Africa, among them: Department of International Relations and Co-operation of South Africa (DIRCO), Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs of South Africa (COGTA), South Africa Local Government Association (SALGA), Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA), Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA), Deloitte and Touche; World Vision South Africa, The World Bank, Southern African Research and Documentation Centre (SARDC), Southern Africa Trust (SAT), Concern Worldwide, and several Municipalities in South Africa. Takura has experience and expertise in the examination and evaluation of existing public and private sector problems, devising solutions, creation and reviewing of public policies and frameworks as well as implementation thereof. He is a Postgraduate Research Supervisor and Undergraduate as well Postgraduate Degree Levels Examiner, Assessor and External Moderator. Takura is also an accredited Assessor and Moderator with the Local Government Sector Education Training Authority (LGSETA) as well as the Public Service Education and Training Authority (PSETA). Handover Shumba

Handover Shumba is a goal oriented and result driven professional who has gained significant experience over the years in identifying, developing and promoting skills in individuals and groups of people for efficiency and effectiveness in their professional lives and areas of specialty. He has vast experience in financial, industrial and educational fields including human resources management and administration; facilitation, assessment and moderation skills essential for organizational development only but just to mention a few.
